Ordered a blower motor for a 25 year old furnace. Turned out, the one I ordered they did not have in stock. Contacted me and they got a direct equivalent delivered the next day. Good customer service.

My control board arrived actually a day earlier then anticipated. I don't know what killed the old one but this was an exact replacement and works great. My HVAC guy said he couldn't have gotten that fast at that price. Good Job Willards !

best customer service
I haven't received the item I ordered yet but this review is about customer service not the product. I placed an order with Willards 2 days ago and inquired about a tracking number today. I was staring at my computer screen waiting for the response from the chat option when my phone rang. It was Willards responding to my request. He explained the reason for a delay then got on his computer to search for an option and was able to find and arrange for shipment from a much closer location while i waited on the phone. Who gives that kind of customer service these days. I was impressed and would recommend this company whole heartedly just based on the customer service provided. Definitely a 5 star company in my book.

worst company I ever dealt with terrible service …... I spoke with some one on Monday claiming my item will be on the way that day well ,4 days later contacted em and ask for a tracking info and their response was I don’t have it yet but you order should arrive between 25th and 30th .. if you need parts don’t waste you time with Willard’s LETS SEE OF THEY GONNA REFUND OR KEEP THE $

I ordered an AC Blower motor on a Friday morning anticipating a coming extreme heat wave starting the following week. I called after placing the order to see about expediting it. I believe it was Jason I spoke with and he informed me that they had a supplier in California and if they had the part in stock it should get shipped by Monday. He said if not he would call me back to let me pay for Next Day shipping if required. And he called me back! Almost unheard of nowadays! He said the part was in stock and I would have it by Tuesday. It is arriving today and will be installed on the first day of our extreme heat wave starting today. Great customer service! Thank you!

I ordered a blower motor from Willards supply. The motor was very well packaged and the exact motor that I needed. When installed it ran perfectly. This motor was for an older furnace and was hard to find. I am glad Willards had one. The customer service was excellent. All my questions were answered. If I ever need furnace parts again, this will be the first place I look.
