I have sent multiple emails in regards to the plants that did not come out of dormancy. I have yet to get a response, nearly nine months to wait for the plants with the failure rate that was not expected.

During summer, we are not in the office Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. I do see multiple emails that have come in over the weekend and they will be responded to as soon as we have a chance to do so. Blackberry plants DOA
Purchased 10 thorn-less blackberry plants end of March and planted withing 4 days of arrival. When they arrived, plants were split 1/2- n- 1/2 on alive or dead. Read the FAGs from other customers which indicated customer service stated they were dormant and need 6+ weeks to show life. Its now 7 weeks and out of the 10 sent only 2 are thriving the rest are dead. Should have listened to the customers that said items arrived dead/dying and not to purchase from you.

Non viable cutting.
I was so excited to receive a baba berry raspberry bush, which was marketed as appropriate for my zone, 9B. The bare root single skinny stiff twig arrived with hydrogel around a few roots in plastic wrap mid March. After a brief soak it was planted and watered appropriately for 2 months. Still no signs of life, just a 14" x 1/8" stick in the ground. No response from Willis nursery from my emailed inquiry for guidance. Should I give it more time? Weather has been warm and everything else has woken up here in AZ.

Great experience from ordering to receiving plants.
Shipped quicker than expected
Shipped quicker than expected, showed up very healthy and larger than expected. Blueberry plants had large root structure, very moist and ready to plant.
