It was nice to be able to order two year old berry producing plants.
I ordered two plants, and one was really nice quality, but the other plant was significantly smaller, both in top growth and root system, compared to the other one.
The better quality plant was very robust and quick to grow when planted.
The smaller, lesser quality plant is now finally starting to put out some growth.
Looking forward to picking some berries which will probably be next year as I don’t think they’ll have fruit this year.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, May is the end of our shipping season and we did not want to send 30 beautiful plants and 20 sad-looking ones. We have issued a refund for the 20 plants we were unable to deliver this late in the season. We will have a lot of fresh bamboo plants ready in the fall if you are still interested at that time. Again, we are sorry things didn't work out and hope you enjoy the 30 beautiful plants we sent you.
I said I would buy more from Willis after my 1st experience, and I have. Bought 2 more Loquat trees, and they arrived very well packed, and in great shape. I live in the Low Sonora Desert Southwest on the other side of our country. Willis deserves credit for fast shipping, and excellent packing, and high quality trees.
When I originally ordered I just ordered two muscadine vines. I was contacted and asked if I already had vines. No was my answer. Then I was informed I needed a male vine and female vine and had ordered two of the same. They changed my order for me and made sure I had vines that would produce fruit. When I received my vines I was very pleased in the size and condition of the plants. Great product and great customer support.

Great plants except one tree
1 out of 4 fruit trees was in a bad shape - all yellow or shriveled leaves. Aside from that, the other three trees seem to be in good health and excited to see them grow!
Hi, frist time buyer. I was very impress with the quality of plants that were sent to me. I bought kiwi plants. They were so healthy with great root system. I would definitely buy again from them. Customer service was great. The woman I spoken to before I bought the plants were the friendly and knowledgeable. Great company.

All but two of my berry vines did not…
All but two of my berry vines did not sprout or grow. And I bought more than a few.
I potted them as soon as I got them and the blueberry bushes. I bought four and one died within a few weeks.
Fast shipment! The plants were well wrapped and healthy!! I could not be more pleased with my purchase! I will come back for other trees..

Personal Service!
We looked online and it said to expect shipping in 10-14 days. We called to check because we were planning to be out of town. They checked stock, said they'd have it shipped to us by Monday (It was Wednesday.) We received a shipping notice the very next day and it arrived the day after that! (Friday!) We were very pleased! They arrived in great shape and of the 50 grapevines we ordered, 46 are doing great! (We are still trying to work on the final 4 plants to see is we can get them growing.)

50% Mortality Rate
I bought two rather expensive Plumcot trees and planted them according to directions. Both leafed out and one seems to be thriving. On the other tree the leaves soon shriveled and died. The advice from Willis was to prune it and wait. It is now brown almost to the ground. I am very disappointed.

We do not sell Piccolo Dwarf Cannas and we believe this review to be in error. Your last order contained multiple fig trees that we hope are doing much better than the cannas you received from another vendor.
