This loan company is one of the best they have friendly customer service the service online is very reliable once you are approved your funds are money in the bank one of my best features is the Rewards program in which you can use against your loan willow lake has been a blessing.

Horrendously awful experience
Horrendously awful experience. I was rerouted to this company for a personal loan while looking somewhere else connected to my Credit Karma. It approved me almost instantly, without telling me the interest or a payment plan. Once it was approved and processing the payment that went to my bank already, I received documents for the loan. It was over 600% interest. Yes that’s right, SIX HUNDRED PERCENT. I do not have great credit and I know most of my loans have a little higher interest but never once have I experienced this insanity. A $1200 loan turned into over $6,000. Sickening and a complete scam. Do not EVER get a loan here. Truly should be illegal and be a crime.

Most definitely a 5, I say that because I lose my job in April 12th 2026. And trying to find another job is very hard after being on a job for 7 years. Willow worked with me so I still be able to pay my loans bill I really appreciate it that so thank you thank you thank you.
