They communicate well! They reach out by email to inform, ask questions, pro ide you information. Recently they emailed to say my order would be delayed maybe up to 5 days for restocking product but then had it out to me immediately upon restock in like just 1 to 2 days! It was attentive. They take ownership of their work product and every one I have ever communicated with own your problem like it is theirs!

I can always count on Windy City
I can always count on Windy City. Large selection, good solid advice, fantastic customer service.
Once they didn't have my usual tobacco so I asked them to choose something comparable and they chose wisely, I barely noticed the difference from my usual.
I have asked questions and received thoughtful answers.
They care about their customers and their products, and I highly recommend.

Items are almost always available. Pricing has stayed pretty consistent over the past 2 years which is a huge plus for this company. Not too pleased with delivery charges but we always receive our order when expected or earlier.

Superb customer service. Shoutout to Nick for reaching out and informing me of a backorder item to my bill. Lightning fast responses too. He recommended me some in-stock substitutes.
