Customer service is good. My family enjoyed the bak kwa. Apart from one slice slightly burnt, the rest were nice and to our liking.

No fresh and long delivery - Recovered
It’s take so long to deliver. Product is so hard and it is totally different from what’s we get from shop Do not recommend to get from online Moving from 1 star to 3 stars Thank you WIngHeong to take action on my review. Thank you also by sending the better taste or proper grill by better Sifu. The taste for second batch is much more better taste and chewy. Thank you once again...

Sorry for the earlier delays on your order delivery too. Slight delays happen due to the increasing numbers of orders, and our team is working at their best to deliver it to our beloved customers, including you. One of the most crucial reasons for the delays is because the government had come out with a rule that only limited the percentage of the workforce able to operate. As you said that our BBQ Meat was hard is not acceptable, I will check on this with my team and the griller of that particular day. Because the main reasons the BBQ Meat is hard mostly are due to the skills of the BBQ Sifu. But not to worry, I have arranged for you some freshly grilled BBQ Meats to fix your taste buds once again! Do let me know the feedback after you have tasted it.

Upgraded to 3 star given the excellent service and how they take seriously our comments and act on it immediately!! Good job Use tobe nice but not sure what happen to the quality now. Loong kee is much better Dissaponted

Missing crispy pork floss and apology..well done
I rang HQ and I rang Chin....no one returned my call...I rang Imbi store on voicemail...I left a msg but no one called. I am so tired of ordering online there is always a problem...I am still missing a pkt of crispy pork floss...I ordered 2 pkts but received 1 pkt only. I must say Chin from Wing Heong actually send over some pkts of crispy pork as an apology. I must say that was a nice gesture! TQ!

Wing Heong Best services
The taste of bak kwa is so delicious. The sweetness just nice, with char and aromatic taste. Meat is tender. BBQ pork slices tasted so good. Once the packet is opened immediately can smell a strong fragrant of bak kwa 👍

I liked that the sweet meat were…
I liked that the sweet meat were individually wrapped. However I was sorely disappointed with the taste and how thin the slices were (almost cardboard thin). Perhaps the thickness, or lack of it, contributed to the dryness and lack of taste. This was not how I remember the Wing Heong brand, which is why I ordered 2 packs. Try harder please.
