Purchased sliced pork and also their honey bacon during this year CNY. Taste is fantastic but there’s too much fat on the bacon as compared to last year. Overall, my family loves it.

I complaint to them regarding to the dried meat got some problem (i realised i misunderstanding and apologize to them already), they handle it so well and patiently, they sent me a new 500g of dried meat within 2 days after received my complaint. Good experience, great product

Website was easy to use and checkout was smooth. Delivery took slightly longer...probably due to the massive orders for CNY. Overall, I would say pretty quick delivery given the circumstances. The BBQ minced pork was good.

Great quality. Slight draw back is the 10 days "expiry date", not aware of this when I purchase it online, way ahead of festival date. Though the product taste a bit not-fresh beyond the date, still edible.

I made 2 delivery order and both turn out bad. The bakkwa taste not fresh. Alternatively I bought 1 order from the store and it tasted good and consistent with the traditional taste of Wing heong.

The individual packaging is greatly…

The individual packaging is greatly appreciated but the portion should be made in a bigger size. We also found that the dried meat this round slightly harder to bite. Update as of 4 March 2021 I am so pleased to hear the update from Wing Heong team and really appreciate the remedial action taken by them. And yes, the portion of the bakkwa has been changed to a bigger size (understand the CNY small pack was designed for better quality assurance. For public information, although small pack but the weight will be given as per what customer ordered) and the quality of the dried meat has been improved as well. Well done Wing Heong team for understanding the comments or feedback from the buyers.
