my parents and brother love the BBQ meat. they are yummy. would be nicer if it is packed in nice box though.. for the cny occasion..

Good food, Fantastic customer service (just a terrible branch to mar the experience!)

Needless to say, their bak kwa is great! Really appreciated the individual vacuum packed slices. We also had the chance to try some of their sauces and were pleasantly surprised! Definitely will try their Goh may range next. To be honest, the original experience of purchasing online from ordering to collecting at the branch near me was terrible. Calling the branch was also a futile effort. At that time, I reached out through their Shopee store and chat, and not only received the help I needed, but had incredible and quick response from Chris, who not only went to the outlet to check on the incidents (yes more than one) but personally came to deliver a bag full of goodies by way of apology the very next day. He was gracious in admitting mistakes and addressed what was being done to correct it. This is customer service at its best! My family is a decades-old loyal customer and it was heartening to see that the care towards customers was there.

This is my first and last purchase

This is my first time purchase from Wing Heong and bought 2 packs online to try. I choose in store pick up, however for the whole checkout process it doesn’t specify the packaging I get will not be vacuum pack, not as what advertised in your marketing video, so 2 stars and will never ever return to Wing Heong again.

Wrote my complaint on 2/2/21 but no response. Bought 4 boxes via online and felt seller not honest. Majority pieces being packed inconsistent sizes. Either pack in two small pieces, triangular shape or small square shape versus the standard one piece square shape. Very disappointed.

Good online delivery purchase service but there is some room to improve. Improvement required to make sure all selected item are packed before send out. Credit to customer service resend missing item immediately after complain make.

Great products and good quality maintained throughout the years. Creative and innovative range of ready to eat frozen products available under Gohmay besides the traditional bak kwa and meat floss. The only downside or could be a setback on some occasions is the high delivery charges despite the not so far distance. Easy to navigate website which makes online ordering hassle free. And the online live chat feature is a great way to disseminate immediate updates and notices.

Goods received in good order. Individual vacuum packed. Courier service could be better but however, they managed to arrive late after the call was made. Overall, quite satisfied.
