We do not have a product that selling at RM131, but to get the closest look I guess that would be our Limited Edition Wing Heong Town Gift Box we had this year at the selling price of RM138. First, we would like to introduce to you what’s so unique about this gift box. Why sell it at RM138, not RM98 or RM188 or above? This Wing Heong Town Box really means a lot to us (Explore & Learn More here: https://www.behance.net/gallery/112767079/Wing-Heong-2021-CNY-Packaging-Design-Illustration), is not about the money. Chinese New Year is a happening festival for every one of us to celebrate. But due to the recent pandemic, there’s a lot of people that are unable to visit their loves ones. That brings us an idea, we are wan to design something that brings people to rewind back all the happening moments during the festive celebration. There’s goes the Wing Heong Town, a livelier town with the important Chinese New Year elements on it. Is a city that brings back true joy and happiness with positive energy. To bring this design outcome to a whole new level, we used premium papers(AstroPremium by Antalis) to brings out the true colours and texture feeling of the town. We did receive some great feedback on the designs that bring back a nostalgic feeling for them. Next, we talked about the content in the box I think that’s what brings you the most concern. Putting 5 flavours of bbq meat into the box is a huge breakthrough for us. We always prioritize our customer experience first no matter what. That’s why we think about how to let our customers like you able to taste our signatures BBQ Meats in a way that also able to give as gifts to someone you cares about and bring fun(Treasure Hunt Contest). Why there are only 3 pieces for each flavour? Because 3 pieces that’s a reasonable number and weight to fit the box, that does not make the box looks too small or too bulky. Additionally, putting a pack of our Best Selling Crispy Pork/Chicken Floss in it is a great combo! Truly apologies for the experience you had with us, we do appreciate your feedback and we will definitely come out with something that more affordable and excite!

Hi Fong, thank you for your time for leaving us your recent purchase experiences. Sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with us. For online delivery service, we only provide individually vacuum-packed bbq meat to our customer to make sure it maintains the freshness of the bbq meat. As your order note, you requested for vacuum-packed too. If you prefer normal packaging, you only can get in our retail outlets/self-pickup order. It is because normal packaging will become mouldy during the delivering process to our customer. That is why we can't pack it in normal packaging and deliver to our customer for online delivery purchases. Hope that you understand on this. Stay safe!

The sizing of the bbq meat changed due to we have switched to a brand new thermal forming machine, that's why the size turned to be a little smaller. But we still give the extra weight on our customer purchases. Anyway, I will pass this feedback to my team for further product improvement sizing wise. Hi Selena, thank you for your time in leaving us your review of your recent purchase experience. We are sorry for not indicate at the bbq meat pack. Cause we are running out of stickers due to the 11.11 sale. You mentioned that certain ranges are quite hard to chew, that could be BBQ Sliced Pork, it is because we use lean meat to manufacture that. If you prefer easy to chew, you may try BBQ Minced Pork that included in the Bakkwa Starter Pack as well. Alright, received feedback on the taste, it really does depends on personal preferences when it comes to taste. I will forward your feedback to our R&D to further optimize the taste.
