Hi Hock Chuan, thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on your recent purchases. All our bbq meat in our online store are packed in individually vacuum packed. The reason why we packed it in vacuum packed is to lengthen the shelf life and to maintain the freshness and of course the hygiene. I will feedback this to our team, we may make a product improvement in upcoming months.
Delivery is fast and the meat is very fresh. I always order from Wing Heong. But this time, a slightly withdraw of the quality of the pork belly. There is mostly fat layer then the meat.
Left out order. But replace with the order plus goodie. Thanks and appreciated.

Vacuum Pack content unsuitable for personal consumption
I am surprised this time the vacuum pack is on so many pcs in one whilst my first buy is when price hasnt increase by RM10 n it is affecting dollar meat n honey bacon pork and the spicy pork. I would truly appreciate if each vacuum packs contain only 2 pcs maximum instead of 4 to 5 pcs per pack for the honey bacon n dollar meat. Only 1 pc a pack for the spicy pork. I understand the increase of pcs in a packet made your company having more cost savings but this defeats my purpose = your customer purpose of wanting to preserve them fresh to eat it again in a day or 2. As we couldnt finish the content of each vacuum pack per time we open we decided to only buy them on special occasion only so that once we open we can share it with many people instead of serving ones temptation. Thank you so much for your fast and good service.

Received my order properly packed but hope the consistency of the bak kwa can be maintained. Some are juicy but a few slices were dry.
However, I like the singly vacuum packed packaging. Hygenic and convenient.
Delivery to Kuching took four days (dispatched from Wing Heong on 17/8/20 and arrived on 21/8/20) but was in good condition. My family said it tasted outstanding.
My recent purchase was not up to expectations due to the bad courier service
from Pgeon text message date of delivery but arrived 2 days after. Luckily there was this Digital Marketing Coordinator CHIN
sorted out things for me. Great job from him. Thank him for the immediate action.
Quick delivery, good quality products. However, belly is too lean this time hence 3 star rating.

The order which was placed on the morning of 10 June 2020 was suppose to be delivered within 2-3 days. The order finally arrived on 17 June 2020. Complaints were sent to WH and each time, they did not fail to respond albeit that was not to our satisfaction. Appreciate WH trying to make good on this. Let's hope WH will improve on its service and can continue to maintain its long established brand.
