Chicken biscuits not fresh . Took 1 bite got to throw away to packets bought. Very disappointed🤮🤮🤮😡😡😡😡

fast delivery but the sliced meat a bit too dry. very hard

I expected the premium pork belly will come in same equal size, unfortunately I bought 3kg of belly, only 1 pack is consider premium with one whole slab. Another one pack came with a few strip of belly, another pack was a odd size of belly, I just wonder how could I make siu yuk with it. By the way, I did mention to the customer service that I need a nice whole slab of belly to make siu yuk. But ended up with disappointment.

my first order packaging is different from my 2nd order.
2nd order - fast delivery but 1st order takes abit of time.
overall is good, considering the 20% discount.

Only 1 slice was hard. The rest were better. The juiciness of the bbq meat can be improved but overall in terms of customer service and delivery, they were all very efficient and fast.

The dried meat is fresh and vacuum packing is hygienic and convenient! Delivery service is excellent and great gift to share with family & friends.

Very badly made. Almost the whole pack of roasted pork is scorched!

Both of my orders always received then only received tracking email saying on the way to deliver to you. My last order received 11 am but email received at 4 pm, saying your order on the way to deliver to you. Disappointed with your email tracking services. But your order were despatch out fast. TQ
