Many people point out that the delivered items match the online mockups wonderfully and always arrive safely packaged.

I've ordered >€230 euros worth of merchandise from Wooacry for my first con and they were great! Their design services are very easy to use and the products are great quality for the price.
From payment to arrival it took about 25 days which is a little longer than I had hoped for, but their communication was very clear (noting that items had to be reproduced after they were deemed faulty by quality control). When the box arrived I was a little anxious because it was very damaged (completely squished!) but the packaging was done VERY well and none of the product was damaged!
Print quality is excellent as expected, only some keychains had some scratches that went through the protective film.
I use Wooacry for my online store and they are my favorite manufacturer to work with. The design-it-yourself interface and premade mock-ups makes designing keychains and stickers super easy. They also constantly add new designs and accessories that make always me want to come back and test some new samples for my store. I highly recommend using Wooacry if you want to make your own personal keychains or are just starting out as an artist online!
First-time using Wooacry, super good experience!!!
I bought from Wooacry two separate times, and was amazed by how good their quality is!! The process of making the items on their website is super simple, very beginner-friendly!! They also have an outstanding variety of merchandise to choose from, with all of them being highly customizable!!! The shipping was relatively quick, and the packaging was very nice!! The product quality is outstanding, and looks amazing!! I will definitely be buying from Wooacry again in the future!!
Definitely the best manufacturer I’ve ever used! Compared to competitors, their quality and consistency is just off the charts. The colors are vibrant, there were no scratches or nicks, and they were packaged very nicely! My only complaint is coloring, as it is very vibrant but sometimes can be too blue on warm colors. Overall, would recommend and order again!
I have placed orders with wooacry 2 times right now and at the moment im working up the artwork for a 3rd one. i can wholeheartedly recommend this service as the quality of the items like the custom keychains, stickers and pins is just amazing. The colors are vibrant and the materials used are very pleasant to the touch. So far i absolutely fell in love with the soft touch stickers, but i cant wait to see what other products are available in the future.
Wooacry is by far the best manufacturer for acrylic merch I have ever worked with! The no MOQ and visual mockups are essential for small artists such as myself. I also really appreciate the freedom of DIY acrylic features! Shipping is very fast and reliable, I’ve ordered small & big orders, all came safely to my doorstep.
The only issue I personally have is with color rendering, which especially has problems with warm yellows and cool magentas – they come out way too blueish sometimes. But it’s not overly noticable, just a minor flaw!
Overall, I always use Wooacry for my small business, they’re the best and the quick communication via Discord is great.
I ordered transparent sticker sheets for Wooacry as a test and I was honestly blown away but the level of service and the quality of the product. It took a while to ship but I did order a few designs so I was more than happy to wait. And will definitely be reordering very soon!!
I would generally recommend Wooacry for their DIY editor, print quality and customer service, but I think their colour calibration and website UX/UI could be improved though.
(+) Their DIY editor and customization is great. It helps a lot with prototyping and visualization on your own, along with solid customization for the acrylic DIY editor to do some fun stuff. As this is self-guided without a rep, you may miss out on things if you're starting out fresh. I recommend reading up on the info and guides in their item listings (especially white ink), and checking out their discord.
(+) I've contacted their customer service on discord for a missing item in an order, and various website errors. As we're in the same time-zone (GMT+8), they've responded pretty quickly and almost all issues have been resolved within the same day. Big thank you to Fan for being kind and patient!
(~) I've ordered a wide range of item samples. Generally, their print quality is smooth without pixelation or visible dots, and details can be seen. However the same file can have different colour outputs for different products, or even for the same item as a reprint. It's very visible in terms of Magenta and Yellow values in particular. Some slight variation is fine, but in my case the acrylic standee's colours was just too desaturated/washed out for me to be satisfactory. Their art boards and PET plastic colour matching is pretty on point and fantastic though. I also appreciate their general 1 MOQ.
(-) I feel that their website could be improved as critical information can get easily missed out based on the UX.
Overall I would still be using Wooacry, and would recommend it for starting out.
I was a lil hesitant ordering from a new site but having seen several good reviews about wooacry I decided to try it and I'm so happy I did.
The acrylics are so nice and smooth and the stickers while a lil smaller than anticipated are one of my top sellers and I love how clear the colours are, I've already placed another order and I can't wait to see how the acrylic charm chains look irl.
Wooacry has been an amazing experience for manufacturing products for Artists! I have ordered a bunch of personalized products which were keychains, calendars, stickers, sticker sheets, and an art print. None of them disappointed me! Their tracking of the production of the products were easy to read and keep track of along with the shipping process!
They redid some of the products that had defects which was a huge plus!!! Overall, it is an amazing company for creating creative products for many artists out there.
Wooacry is the best manufacturer I've worked with!!
I've gone through many manufacturers and Wooarcy has been the best quality I've seen! I've has my keychains for almost a year now and they are all in perfect condition still, one has been worn almost everyday and only has a few minor scratchs that are barely even visable. The print quality has been the best I've seen! Wooacry's customer service is extremely amazing and sweet, definitely made my experience a lot better then other manufacturers. Overall Wooacry's products, customer service, and quality control is the best I've ever seen and I will always recommend it to anyone looking for a manufacturer for their merch.
Would absolutely purchase again. Keychain had amazing quality. Came quickly, and in small packaging, which was nice. Customization is great as well! Lots of nice goods and services!
Just received my keychain, it is fantastic! I love it!
I ordered a 5 cm keychain using the first order coupon, and my overall first impression was pretty good. The shipping was faster, cheaper, and soother than I expected.
The printing itself came out really well, as the colors and details are accurate to the mockup (I'd even dare to say the physical product looks even better than the mockup, since the colors have more contrast and look even more vivid). I think the thickness of the acrylic will make it a durable product. I was a bit worried the image would look blurry because I didn't rescale it before the customization, but it came out perfect!
The quality of the clasp is very good, and I think it is a cute touch that it has a little star and an actual (I mean, with sound!) bell. As a whole, the quality of the keychain itself is very good for its price, while the customization, ordering, and the shipping experiences were pleasing.
Since my order had an overseas delivery, it was packaged in a box, wrapped in bubble plastic, and placed inside a Ziploc bag. So, the keychain came in excellent shape despite travelling almost the entire world. The acrylic also came with a protective film on each side, which helped to prevent scratches during transportation (the film on the front had a small scratch/bubble, but when I removed it, the defect disappeared. So, the acrylic was clear, perfectly cut and without any defect!).
The site itself can improve some stuff as translations and shipping status updates (these can get sometimes lagged), but since it is pretty new and in constant growth, I'm sure these issues will be solved pretty soon. I personally didn't have any trouble checking the shipping status since I also backed up with third-party trackers.
All I can say is that I fully recommend the service and the product itself, I'll surely order again in the future (and maybe, try other products from the catalogue).
It's my first time using Wooacry, after hearing praises from friends about it, and I am glad I listened to them. The quality is very top-notch and all that for barely reaching $10! I am also impressed with how cheap the shipping fee is. Despite that I have to wait for so long for it to be delivered, I am genuinely happy with what I got regardless. I'll be planning to make more keychains and other merch from them again. <3
VERY CUTE!! Although I think I didn't read into what it would do,
I'm a tester for the PVC keychain product and I'm so glad it came with the keychain already on it! It used to be such a pain trying to get these things on! There's one side flat and the other side textured which I'm pretty sure is intentional but I don't know that came with it so that was a nice surprise!
My package was very nice and small and sturdy which you all have improved pretty much everything I had issues with previously! You did an amazing job!
Overall its great service - the quality of the acrylics are fantastic. I have ordered them in different sizes (2, 3 and 8 cemeteries) and all of them turned out as I expected, beautiful.
I can’t complain about this, but I have a small complaint about the site itself, while designing things it can get a little bit laggy and it can make creating stuff somewhat annoying. And I wish I could pay and view prices in my own currency (PLN, polish zloty), but it’s more of a minor complaint than anything serious and it doesn’t really affect my experience.
But in the end, I love ordering from them and I hope I will be able to order more in the near future.
I love love LOVE Wooacry!! I got a tail wagging keychain of my favorite character and it came out perfect! The only problem I had was with the shipping due to it not giving updates and I wish I could see the next step my package is going through! Other than that Wooacry is perfect for characters and ships! Definitely recommend!
I was selected as a tester for some of their new products, & here is my following experience.
THE CAN PIN:
I'm in love with the can pin — I purposefully went with blue colours to see how they would print, as light blues & saturated blues can be problematic in CMYK printing. It came out stunning ! Even with thin lines & similar colours ! These are absolutely gorgeous, & the matte finish adds texture to your product so it feels good to the touch. The size also makes it an ideal addition to any ita bag, or collection of pins. Downloading the bleed file went easy, & they're easy to design around — the mockup came exactly as I wanted. 10/10, 5 stars.
THE MUG:
The mug is a new addition & unlike their button pins likely the first time they've manufactured printing on porcelain.
I like the sturdy packaging that the mugs come in, though I would warn to be very careful when opening it, as it's very easy to scratch when trying to cut away the tape. If possible it'd be nice to have the mug be extracted from the bottom instead of being in the middle, but honestly it's not that big of a deal as long as you're careful.
Now, I do have some concerns. Right off the batt, the printing is very fuzzy, & the design I went with was both simplistic but testing. It does not handle dark colour shifts well, & seems to go directly to black instead of darker blues, but this is all to be expected when printing on porcelain.
While said it's dishwasher safe I would personally still hand wash, as when I was doing a test wash, some of the printing lifted off of the warmer hues. The mockup was slightly off ( the end was a smaller print than expected ), but not by anything egregious, & I think I like it as small as it came out instead of my original experience.
Although, all together this is still a 4/5 star experience for buying the mug. They handled the gradient well, even if it was darker ( but again, it's more likely to be due to CYMK printing on a whole rather than wooacry specifically ).
I've worked with them before and received high quality products with a reasonable and quick time frame. They also offer adjustable MOQ so you don't have to worry about buying lots for something personal.
