Competitive pricing, and responsive customer service. I paid for next-day delivery, then realized afterward I had input the wrong address - I emailed customer service, they responded within a couple of hours, amended the order and made sure it got to the right place (which it did)! It was for a friend's birthday, and needed to arrive in time, so it was a big relief.
Tony in customer service made everything good. I am sorry to say, FEDEX is terrible in Alexander City Alabama.

Shipping was a little delayed, but once it shipped it arrived quickly. Box was undamaged, all bottles in perfect shape. No leaking. No broken wax seals from movement. Blantons was wrapped in an airbag extremely securely. Will 100% order again

I placed an order on May 3, and as of May 29, the package has still not been delivered and there has been no acceptable resolution. The order was marked as shipped on May 6 with an expected delivery shortly after. Tracking showed the package arrive in Boulder, Colorado (near the final destination), then inexplicably get rerouted to Las Vegas, where it sat for multiple days. I contacted customer service as soon as I noticed this. From there, the experience only got worse: * GLS provided conflicting delivery dates (first claiming May 8, then May 13). * The tracking status shows “proof of delivery” (PPOD), yet no signature or photo has ever been provided despite multiple requests. * The recipient never received the package. After repeated follow-ups, I was told to trust the carrier’s claim of delivery, despite the complete lack of actual proof. A replacement order was eventually issued, but even that was delayed: * It wasn’t shipped until around May 26–27. * It was sent via a different carrier, but has already been delayed again. At this point, nearly a month later, I have: * No original package * No replacement package * No confirmed delivery * No meaningful resolution * Only a $25 store credit, which is not acceptable given the circumstances This situation reflects both poor logistics handling and inadequate customer service. I requested a refund for the shipping due to the failure to deliver the original order, but that has not been honored. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on this experience.

I was looking for a hard to find bottle of tequila for a gift I waited way too long to purchase. Not only did Wooden Cork have it in stock, I was able to have it engraved, I paid for expedited shipping hoping it would get here within a week and it came THE NEXT DAY. I placed the order online after hours and sent a message to customer service about engraving. They answered first thing in the morning. I arranged to have it engraved and was shocked when it was delivered the next day. Excellent customer service, great bottle, all around great experience ordering.
