In my case I was surprised to get my deliveries the next day after ordering. When the package arrive the packaging to protect the bottles was the very best.

Very easy process to order and pay on line, especially when I was ordering from outside the US. I messed up the delivery address but it was corrected really quickly and I had a lovely email from them. Would certainly recommend using Wooden Cork.

I purchased several items
I purchased several items, including one bottle of Blanton’s to use as a gift. The bottle came with the wax seal broken, several cracks on the top of the bottle, with bourbon leaking and all over the bottle. I had paid for the additional “Wooden Cork Shipping Protection” as well. Support informed me “The shipping protection that was purchased only covers partial refunds/credits, replacements or exchanges are not offered. For your order we could offer a $40 refund to card or a $50 store credit to be used on a future order. We also could ship a new bottle for $100 flat, free shipping. Please let us know how you would like to proceed, thank you. “.

PERFECT SHIPPING
I've made three (3) high end bourbon (Blanton's, Weller's. etc) purchases & all 3 have arrived in perfect condition. I've read all of the bad reviews about "customer service" but nothing I've received had any problems. Best packaging I've ever seen. I did call them immediately after one order because I FORGOT to enter a "discount code". I received my discount with no problems & the shipment ws not delayed.
