How do I know if I'm getting the free version versus the version that I paid for what I'm getting is somewhat of the free version that I received three years ago which was very good by the way now, it looks like a Candyland chart and I complete the tasks and move on.

Buyer Beware I have tried several times to cancel but all they send me in response to my cancellation emails is a message saying we got your message and our team is on it and will get back to you and they never do and they continue to charge your card. The app is very user friendly but it moves way slower than the average dog learns. There is no help or support as they promise. No one responds to your emails.

Good app for puppies and young dogs

I like this app because of the structured approach. Synthesized information saves time by entering very short but to the point details. Effective and efficient. The quizes helps to keep the most important points in mind. All variety of aspects are covered - from creating a safe space at home, feeding, grooming, training, and wellbeing. An app that teaches you how to understand your dog and build a true connection.

I cancelled according to instructions listed through app 2 weeks before I was to be auto billed. I was charged the renewal fee and emailed the company saying they saw that I did this the day of the renewal and explained I did this prior to the renewal date and was charged. Basically said I didn’t and was pretty much saying too bad. I’ve seen other reviews relating to the same situation. Not worth the hassle.

The lessons are straightforward and easy to practice. The app has a bright appealing interface although it was a little challenging to navigate at first. I think this is ideal for a new dog. Would like more tips about leash reactivity.

I have only 2 issues, one, trying to sell add ons after making the purchase of the app, all of these add ons should be clearly priced and told about prior to the purchase, so you know exactly what you’re getting and the second one is nothing major, we should receive this email at least a couple of days in, so that you can make a realistic comment about the app. I’ve only just purchased the app and have only read through the first section and looking forward to continuing to learn and create a better bond with my dog. Maybe I can return here in a couple of weeks with a more informed opinion.

I just started the Woofz training program and pleased that it is user friendly. The app is really easy to use and there is an AI opportunity to ask questions. The response was as good as a personal trainer I had who had to move. I’m very encouraged. Plus, my husband and I can share the app since we both are training our dog. So far so good!

Do not be taken in by this App It charges 12.99 the. After that a charge of 62.00 pound a month and it’s is so difficult to get the subscription stopped It’s a stupid app that will take all your money and a waste of time

I signed up for a $15 trial. I didn't know they would automatically start charging me $38 a month. They did, I was upset. I'm 74 and live on social security, a surprise monthly bill is not in the cards. I will recommend people be careful with this unethical company. I'm trying for a refund, so far no luck.

After looking at a couple of ‘free’ online apps full of adverts to unlock training segments I decided to give Woof a go. So far so good, easy bite size sections to follow and provides great education for owners alongside the training sessions. Added bonus is all my family can join into my account so we are all training our girl consistently!!

Although I have only been using the ‘ Woofz’ app for two weeks I am finding it invaluable. It has great guidance and tips in an easy format to understand. The training videos and supportive training animations are fab. We are so glad we decided to use it.

It is a well organised training programme step by step with written and video teaching tools as well as encouragement along the way and allows one to pace the training process according to capacity, time and response of my puppy
