Your system is not saving customizations, this is twice we've received birthday cards without the customizations printed, last time we paid the extra for a reprint but I have asked to send the cards back that we received and simply print our customizations on them, there is no reprint if nothing was printed on them to begin with, both times I have not had anyone work with me on this problem, will have to do business elsewhere

I found 123 Print offered the same service for LESS THAN HALF of what I had been paying. I was concerned about the quality at that price, but decided to take the chance and placed a small order. I was so pleased when I received my order. The quality is perfectly fine and I saved a ton of money. I will be using them again in the future.

The print on the envelopes is so light that they are not really usable. It looked fine on the screen when I designed and ordered them so I don’t know why they are so light.
