I can call at anytime and always speak to a HUMAN! I text with customer service and they immediately get back to me. They will give me credit for unused contacts. They make using my insurance a breeze. This company is easy to work with and they make sure that I am satisfied with my purchase and my experience. I have used them for years to buy my contacts.

I have never used an online eyewear store before. 1-800 contacts is the first time ever to buy from and it was a fantastic!! Experience!! I made a mistake on my first order and had to call and a person picked up right away no waiting and fixed the problem in a second. My order was shipped out in hours. I've had no issues with my contacts so far.
I would make it negative if I could
I would make it negative if I could. I have used this company for years with no trouble but the last six months have been awful. They never have my contacts in stock. They aren’t an exotic brand. They don’t inform you of this, either. They just wait around until you ask. I wear colored contacts and chose THREE different colors and they were out of stock on all of them. I’ll never use again.
