I love how they answer the phone quickly. The delivery is important to me because sometimes I decide to order at the last minute and can have my contacts right away. However, the packaging seems a little off, I may only order one box [set of 3 pair) they always come in such a large box.
Contacts were shipped the same day they were, arriving 5 day before the excepted date. Free shipping! Also, cost was what was advertised "no hidden cost at check out". I will be ordering from 1-800 Contacts again for sure.
I canceled my order with discount contacts.com when I was quoted a much cheaper rate through 1800 contacts. I waited a few days for it to be approved and then they canceled my order and so I put it in again and it was several hundred dollars more. I tried to get my order back through discount contacts but the deal had expired (which was 200+ cheaper). Lesson learned I ate the costs. Only to get messages and emails that my order my again canceled but then was informed that was for my first order. Many emails later asking to reorder since my first was cancelled even though I already did. I haven’t gotten the rebate back yet so I can’t determine if that’s a scam. However deeply disappointed and will not be reordering ever again. I am mad at myself for canceling my order with the company that I have been getting my contacts from for 10+ years and always been the cheapest.
I just started wearing contacts for the first time. I placed an order on line. It was super simple and my contacts arrived quickly. Then after a few weeks, one contact ripped while I was on vacation. They made it super easy to get a replacement, at no cost, shipped to my vacation spot! Love this company!!!
Sent me two orders of contacts after I canceled before they were sent. Charged my credit card and now tell me can take up to 10 days for refund. That is not acceptable. This was my first time and my last time ordering. And my contacts would have been cheaper through my drs office Ce.
Great, fast and easy process. Had the exact brand of contact my doctor recommended; I misplaced my prescription but customer service worked within minutes to upload to make sure my order was perfect to the t! So glad I trusted the other great reviews to make 1-800 Contacts my trusted company.
When I ordered to the wrong address by mistake they gave me a complete refund and fixed the issue immediately. They always take care of me and I’m talking to a real person when I call. I also like how easy ordering is.
The reps and how they handle things, and how the company itself keeps up with your information and makes it easy for one to maneuver... The company does all the work; they get it done!
I continue to have irritation from the contacts ordered from 1-800 contacts. The representatives are very helpful and kind but the contacts are either not of good quality or just not for me but I’ve worn the fresh look contacts for years ,only to switch and use your company for a not so good product ☹️

I was able to use the chat function to ask questions about placing my contact lens order, the associate was very helpful and knowledgeable, plus helped with getting the prescription from my doctor. It was fast and convenient for me. Shipping was free and I had my contacts in 2 days, can’t beat that, plus they were cheaper here than anywhere else I checked!!! My go to place from now on!

Each time there is no issue with order and delivery! I’ve had contacts that were delivered that were not functioning and they were replaced. I always use 1800contacts!

I was on a 12-day visit to help Mom when Dad was hospitalized, realized I had brought double of the Rx for one eye and therefore lacked the Rx for the other eye, and also had to extend my stay by two weeks. Was able to retrieve my Rx and order through 1-800 Contacts. Fast, easy, reliable, reasonably priced - could not ask for more in an emergency pinch. I would definitely recommend for regular or emergency orders!
