Overall, I love 1800Contacts. Easy to order, delivery is fast and being able to text the helpdesk team is great! I’ve only had one issue which is my most recent purchase. I recently got a new contact prescription, uploaded it to the site, I selected the same contacts I’ve been using but it did not give me and option to chance the contact lens RX. But I made the mistake thinking when my purchase was confirmed they would look at my most up to date prescription and question if anything needed to be changed since I’ve always been asked in the past if I needed to upload a new prescription.

Where's the Loyalty
The quality and customer service # are good. However, they charge you more if you have already bought from them than if you are a new customer. Loyalty should be rewarded not punished.
I accidentally placed the same order…
I accidentally placed the same order twice, but 1 order was enough to get a $45 rebate. I returned one order and made 100% sure it was not the order associated with the rebate. When I hadn't received my rebate, I called to see what happened. They claim I returned the order associated with the rebate and refused to prove it. Watch out for the SCAM.

I've been ordering my soft contact lenses for years ever since I discovered 1-800-CONTACTS in 2003. Whenever I call, I'm always helped promptly. All of my questions are answered in full. Delivery service is usually 10-12 business days, and my packaged are always in top condition. I recommend this company to anyone who wears contact lenses.
Paid extra 20 dollars for next day…
Paid extra 20 dollars for next day delivery but they were still late and did not arrive next day. Reached out about maybe getting a partial refund but never received an answer. Disappointed my experience was lacking when the reviews seem to be good.
