Very Pleased a Perfect Fit

I am very pleased with my product BDA12083 TRQ front belly pan for my 21 Charger. The Item arrived on time and and the fit and installation was perfect. All the holes and part aligned very well on my charger. The quality of this part is quite good. I 'd recommend this part and 1A Auto.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Sent the wrong part, asked for the correct part. Been waiting 2 weeks just for their “quality control” team to figure out what went wrong. Highly do not recommend as they will waste your time waiting for a simple fix.

I’ve done a lot of business with this company and I’ve never had a problem till last week when UPS decided to leave my lighting system basically on the street I contacted A1 Auto and a very next morning without question. Another box was sent out and delivered correctly. I’m an over road truck driver and I’ve had parts delivered in different parts of the country to me. These guys are fantastic. The parts are very high-quality packaged. Excellent prices are extremely reasonable. I will continue to do business with them and tell anybody else that needs parts and wants you only need to contact one place these guys fantastic customer service hands-down

Do not trust Shipping dates they say same day or 2day but it's a sellers scam at least 3-5 days

This company will tell you they do 2 day or same day shipping it's a scam to get you to buy time sensitive parts been dealing with them since Tuesday trying to get a part they said would be here by wed it's all a scam to compete with real same day shipping companies if you need a part just go to AutoZone don't get caught up in their trap to make sales it's really crappy how they did me

Great Place

I have been ordering from them for awhile now. One one bad thing to say was I got a part that was for the wrong side of my truck. They were quick to fix the problem within 10 minutes by refunding me and then telling me to not worry about sending in the part I ordered that they will take care of it and to donate it or sell it on ebay or online store. I only use 2 online stores and if A1 Auto does not have what I need then I goto my backup. Keep up the great work.

Online order

I ordered outter differential axle bearings and seals (they had the best online price) and the seals were perfect, but the diameter of the bearings were just slightly too small. They ended up crediting my full purchase price, as it was likely close to paying for a return shipping label. This made my dealings with them easy. Hardest part was a few emails. Definitely worth free parts! I’m glad they took care of me.

Worst Customer Service ever.

Paid for next day air shipping and it arrived 4 days later. Communicated with their customer service and they said “it’s within acceptable perimeters for shipping.” Don’t do business with this company they are absolutely horrible in the customer service area. Go elsewhere.
