Better than the rest, by a long margin. Feel free to shop around, and then buy from Jim. He is genuinely interested in making sure customers enjoy their purchase; not because of the money he makes, but because he's passionate about coffee and espresso. We tested this theory a few times and Jim's competitors were clearly more focused on profit and less on customer satisfaction--especially after the sale.

I ordered a Rancilio Silvia last Friday morning and had it sitting on my porch Monday afternoon. My previous R Silvia (purchased from 1st line 18 years earlier) had finally perished after consistent weekly/daily service. They were so fast I didn’t even have to worry if my beans were still fresh, amazing! These folks are on it.
Good to talk with too, I have purchased various small items (commercial grade porta filter, double baskets) always easy and fast!

Really fast shipping, nicely packed and a lot of information on the machine and grinder thru their website content and videos on youtube. I believe they even check every machine before shipping out. I can’t wait to fire up the machine and start using today.
Sure they can improve the design on their website to look more modern :), but nevertheless 1-st line team is first class.
