Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I appreciate not being raked over the coals with absurdly inflated shipping costs like many other online parts stores charge. A lot of places advertise a slightly cheaper price on the same part and then make up for it by killing you on shipping. I appreciate that ACityDiscount doesn’t do that.
Customer service was helpful and knowledgeable, when I called them to ask about a restaurant product. Ultimately, I bought the product and it was delivered in perfect condition.
The item was as described fit perfectly in my univex cheese grater model v9sh. Thank you.

good product, fair price, low shipping cost. Received the items quickly. Competitor shipping cost was over twice as much.
Response was good, product got shipped promptly!
In your sales person, Russell, he followed through on everything every step of the way. I’m usually pretty hesitant to buy things online, but this total procedure was handled fantastic a lot better than our local dealerships. Do you will be hearing from me again on future purchases.
