The process was quick and easy. I put in the order and they were able to process it and get the item to me in a couple of days, giving me an extra day to prep for my photo shoot where I used the backdrop.

did not like that i had to sign for the item, forcing me to take time off work and then ups delayed delivery by one day forcing me once again to take time off. You want to pay m for my lost wages because of this policy , ill give you 5 stars otherwise not.

Great as usual
I had been eyeing a Nikon lens for some time. I am an Adorama regular customer but surveyed the market. Hand down, Adorama had the best deal with its provided extras. Ordered on a Monday and was delivered to my door on Wednesday. In the past, I've had some technical questions and their gave me very good guidance. I bought my first SLR from them around 43 years ago and have been a regular customer.

I ordered a 512 GB gen 4 Solidigm NVME…
I ordered a 512 GB gen 4 Solidigm NVME storage device. I received an Intel 760p 512 GB gen 3 NVME. I asked to make an RMA return and have the charges reversed in refund to my credit card. Apparently, the item never shipped from Adorama but rather it was drop-shipped from the manufacturer. This by itself was strange because Solidigm is a subsidiary of SK Hynix -- not Intel. Either way, this arrangement complicated my refund. Adorama's representative -- "Arlene" -- was as responsive, apologetic and helpful as she could be, but the alacrity of my refund was not hers to manage, and depended on Adorama's relationship with the original shipper of the device. It took 45 days to get my refund, such that the credit card had charged me interest on the purchase -- not covered in the refund. But at least Adorama was responsible and honest in honoring my request for return of the wrong item and refund of my basic $138 charge. So I give two stars. I ordered the item around June 12 and received my refund on July 27.
