Your website made it easy to order supplies and your staff reached out when a tax exempt document was needed. Thomas Sabin was most helpful! He took the time to double check that the tax exempt doc was attached to our account, and clarified that I needed to complete a 2nd form with the church's address. Much appreciated!
Ordering was easy but need receipt
Ordering was easy, received 2 emails right after order for review and deals. Reason for 4 stars is that 10 minutes later still no confirmation of order or receipt for payment and there was no option to print one after payment.
Great customer service
When I initially placed my order I received a confirmation email but then heard nothing else. When I reached out to customer service I found out that my order was cancelled due to issue with the payment. I called and spoke to a customer service associate and she was able to help me place the order again. A few days later it arrived and was as expected. If I had been notified of the original order being cancelled I would have given my experience 5 stars.
Getting my tax exemption certificate to…
Getting my tax exemption certificate to go through was a bit of a problem originally, but otherwise it has been a very positive experience. Also, it comes in a pretty timely manner.
