I placed my order 20 days ago and still…
I placed my order 20 days ago and still have not received an "order shipped" notification. I called to find out what was going on and got the AI bot (June) who was not helpful, gave me two incorrect tracking numbers, and only increased my frustration. I called back to get a live person that told me my order still has not shipped. This order was over $3000, and I would expect better and quicker shipping for an order of this price point.

I bought a recertified AED after lots of research. I chose AED.com out of the countless other stores. A week after ordering I discovered my order was cancelled. I never received an email or any notifications. Very disappointed
