DONT USE THIS COMPANY - but use a professional instead. My packet is still after one month “on it’s Way” from DK to Portugal even they advertise 4-10 days. And dont blame the Corona here, other Companys Can deliver! 😡 will never use AfterShip again, but warn against Them.
I have an order that was placed on Dec 2, and my order has been in the same spot for a week now stating it’s in processing seriously how long does this stuff takes. It’s been in the same spot since December 19! I have not yet still received my item and now it’s been 31 days this has got to be the worst shipment I have ever experienced! But yet why does it have to go through so many distributions centers back to back I’m mean come on really! I will never order from this customer again if this is how it’s shipped!
I have been using Aftership for 2 years, and this year we wrote a python program using their API. I have now found out that none of there tracking information is correct. From what I can tell there is at least a 24 hour lag in the tracking information. Many of our shipments that show in Transit on Aftership have been delivered. I am now forced to double check every piece of information they provide. I will be cancelling my susbscription
We downloaded it but when it asked for permission to access our phone THAT IS ONE BIG HEADS UP.. there is no reason for a package tracking app to need access to anything in your phone ... No thanks I'll just wait for the packages to arrive or not arrive I'm good with that ..
Tracking number FB0003821394. Absolutely unreliable, unprofessional service. No information about tracking, no notification. I learned by accident on the Internet that the order was delivered to a neighbor? To which neighbor was not indicated. I am still not able to find the order. Avoid them. Not to inform the customer about the shipping and at which neignbor they left the order is below any standards. They wrote in the system thta I was not at home for the forst delivery at 9-12 am. However, I was at home and nobody tried to give me the order. What a shame!
I have come to the conclusion that the AfterShip App serves no purpose. They require your permission to link with your Google account and through this gain access to more sensitive information. I started receiving a lot of junk email following this. It may be a coincidence but I do feel inclined to avoid AfterShip in future. Wherever possible I recommend that you should always go through the couriers website directly.
Doesn't work properly with smaller carriers... hopefully they will fix the bugs in the future.
Pathetic service, migrating for sure. every-time not able to track, link shows wrong partner. Slow service, repeat issues for same problem.
Tracking information is really unreliable. And that says a lot, as it is a part of their core business. Better use the official channels, because Aftership simply shows "No results" 50% of the time. I don't know if they are getting API blocked by the couriers, but that is just too bad. Also, their customer service is bad.
I got an email with a tracking number and link. When I clicked on the link, it said there was no tracking. I think the companies they wor k with are all frauds.
Nitesh is useless aswell as all the other support. We have 300 customers who cant track their orders! After sending videos explaining the issues and screenshots they still dont understand. Never in my life have I worked with someone as unprofessional as Nitesh and aftership!
They’ve left my package in Chicago for nearly 2 weeks now. I could have driven cross country and back by now to get it sooner.
terrible !! I have not seen any activity in over 2 weeks of where my package is, there should be an update by now since i have ordered this item a month ago. The website makes no sense and it took me too long to try and find a way to contact customer service. I need to know where my package is ASAP
This so called tracking app does not track to a actual address. It just records a despatch and journey to delivery, which could be anywhere. But my package has been delivered to the wrong sorting office in UK and recorded as delivered. PayPal have taken this delivery as to me but it’s been sent out from the wrong sorting office, so has not gotten to me. Oh and I am a posty who collect their mail every morning at MY sorting office! Despite this a PayPal have found in the favour of the seller. Escalated to FCA Obudsman now. This app allows sellers just to spout tracking numbers to prove deliveries. A app that shows no delivery adress or at least the correct first part of the post code is rubbish. Have contact Aftership who told me via email they don’t hold delivery addresses! That’s brilliant and a great cover for a scammer. Posted via my brother Facebook as I don’t have a account
Completely ripped me off when I cancelled our account and overcharged me by $441. Beware.
This app does not work. It does not track anything properly and they give you no way to reach support. Do not pay for this app, it's a waste of time and money
Soooo not humain-friendly design to track a parcel as a receiver.
Have to wait for 10 days for a delivery that only needs to pick up locally. Unhelpful people on the phone. Take forever to answer the phone and literally on the line with two different customers .
There's not much more i can add to the negative reviews left by so many other unhappy customers , this is not a tracking company or service , it is a joke of an outfit and run by the Muppets ( the Muppets would certainly do a better more proficient job ) I will never use a seller again that uses these cowboys i just don't see the point of them and their website to contact them really takes the biscuit .
Really really bad tracker,..it doesnt track anything. It keeps saying that the package is announced,.... for days and days. In fact it should be zero stars.
