Impressive customer service
Impressive customer service. We just started to use it and in 4 days i had full integration with my ecommerce. it has customer service and sales so it is very complete. it also has a free plan without customer service limitations. at the beginnig We had issues with the integration with klaviyo and shopify. However i have been in touch for the whole week with unlimited meetings with Peter the AGILE CRM expert and we solve it in 3 days. this CRM is a very good tool that we will continue using in our company

5 Diamond serivce so far..
We just recently invested in a beginner's license for AgileCRM. So far we really like this solution and it fits us to a T as a small, lean organization trying to grow. The only drawback so far is that their direct integration with Google and Gmail seems to be broken and we have to connect using SMTP and IMAP. Not a big deal and as long as they do get it fixed, a minor road bump. The Sales and marketing pieces of this solution so far look really clean, easy to use, and are very intuitive. I've been able to find just about everything I need to know just by clicking on things and seeing what it does. Support so far has been spot on too. Very responsive and very helpful. Now I am only a couple weeks into this solution, so hopefully, this isn't just some honeymoon effect. At the moment though we have zero complaints and give them 5 diamonds.
