In January 2026, my flight from France to Montreal was cancelled due to severe weather, leaving me with a 12‑hour layover. I was exhausted and frustrated, and this was my first experience with such a long delay.
I found AirAdvisor online while still at the airport and decided to try it, even though I was initially skeptical. I submitted my claim from my phone the same day. I also booked a short stay at YOTELAIR for €104.55 during the layover.
In the first week of April 2026, I received both my hotel reimbursement and flight compensation. The process was smooth and stress‑free. AirAdvisor truly exceeded my expectations—I highly recommend their service.

They make it easier to collect from annoying airlines
I had a flight delayed at the beginning of the year 2026 and found myself being owed compensation under EU guidelines. The airline (Delta) did not provide me an opportunity to come a claim directly with them through their website, and I didn't feel like fighting with them over the phone. AirAdvisor is a simple alternative to having to fight with the airlines, and their claim prices is pretty straightforward. The communication via email and chat are very well managed, and you'll get an answer fairly quickly. They also benefit the people of Ukraine which is a nice touch. I would recommend them to manage your claim, but yes they do charge a fee.
