Excellent customer service. I love it using at LaGuardia airport the terminals are far from check point. I have a bad knee problem this is perfect for me. Even the couple worker were commenting they need something like that.

My kid is loving this - it’s a joy ride for her…Now my kid is insisting we travel out of country again to test the full potential of this rideable robot luggage… Kudos to Airwheel for making such thoughtful products for convenience in travel.
