I tried to consolidate my shipping by purchasing all my books from one vendor. Unfortunately that one vendor has multiple warehouses so my books shipped in 4 separate plastic bags. *sigh*

Got my order thanks!

I received the wrong book, no help or refund

I received the wrong book, and they refused to make it right. They blamed a third party seller (who was totally no responsive) and basically told me tough luck. They even refused to issue a refund - they said I’d have to pay for return shipping myself if I wanted a refund… for a book that wasn’t even what I ordered. Might be cheap, but you get the customer service you pay for. I’d avoid them.

Two books on the arts in Canada

This order included two books. Each was priced very reasonably. Both were delivered quickly, well packaged, and as described or better. Both orders gave complete satisfaction.

Exceptional transaction

Exceptional transaction! Book arrived faster than expected, impeccably well-packaged, very reasonably priced, and in even better condition than described. I could not have asked for a better purchase. Thank you!

I paid extra 20 cad for delivery

Consistently Good

Consistently good service and selection. Seller descriptions are usually spot on. Overall a wonderful experience. Kudos!

Good seller amalgamation site

Good seller amalgamation site. Excellent experience with the seller - the book arrived well packaged and in great condition. The only real letdown was the delivery pricing. Very expensive ... and the estimate provided by the site wasn't enough so it required paying an additional fee that hadn't been expected.

Reliable and Easy

Been trying to de-Amazon my life lately, and this is a great way to keep local bookshops alive without breaking my wallet. The delivery takes a little longer than Amazon, but there's a wide range of prices, and so far the quality I've received has been consistent with the descriptions on the site
