The title was advertised as 'Henry Crabb Robinson on Books and Their Writers (Volumes 1, 2, and 3)', but it turned out to be only volume 3, which is basically an index to the real thing. False advertising by the seller, ThriftBooks-Dallas!

The order didn’t showup for a long time and I had to keep connecting back with the seller and with your company. Finally, somebody replied and followed up. It took at least a month for the book to arrive and only after I repeatedly sent you messages, asking for a status update, and to locate the item. The lack of communication between your company, the seller, and myself, and the delay in any information about if they even had the item, and when it was being shipped was a real issue for me.
