I received what they were able to fulfill quickly and in good condition. They had to issue a refund for the other book because, for some reason, they were unable to fulfill that part of the order and I had to find it somewhere else.

Timely arrival

I found a book I sought on time and in great condition. Delivery was prompt. As in the three Rs, I reused. I intend to reuse it to friends when I'm finished with it. Also, the price was right.

Vendor mistake was quickly, easily corrected.

Originally I was sent the wrong book. When I emailed Alibris about the error, they contacted the vendor immediately. The vendor sent the correct book on the same day, with an apology. I'd expected more of a hassle, such as having to mail back the first book. Instead, they told me to keep it. (It was a cute book, and I left it in a little free library.). Overall, this was the best possible resolution for the small error.

I regularly compare prices among the various online booksellers and Amazon. I am trying to reduce my use of Amazon when possible. Alibris generally has the best pricing and so many options. I always choose the option with free shipping even if the purchase price is a bit higher. Delivery from Alibris is reliable and timely and the packages always come in good condition. Keep up the good work!
