Discs arrived pretty much on time
Discs arrived pretty much on time. However, as I recall, while I picked the same supplier to hopefully reduce shipping costs, all three came from different sites for the same HPB seller I selected. So, separate shipping charges applied to all. Not sure if that really works anymore. Then, while one of the discs had the correct jewel box and inserts, it was not the correct CD. I contacted ALIBRIS and they quickly refunded my full purchase price and shipping. I will still consider/use ALIBRIS.
Never Order Through Alibris
Item didn't arrive on time. It was a textbook ordered on May 19 for a class that started May 26. Seller posted arrival date that was on time. Item did not arrive. Seller was non-responsive unless Alibris contacted them for me, which I had to do twice. Once to make sure it shipped, the other because no tracking number was provided. Was never given a tracking number, the seller made one; it was the order number with a 1 tagged on the end. That's not a USPS tracking number. Asked Alibris several times for a refund, but they gave me the run around saying to wait 20 days before claiming item lost. Item finally arrived three weeks after course started. Alibris did refund shipping charges. I will never order through them again, and will tell friends and family to not order through them.

The packet was not marked as being a "book", so I had to jump through many hoops to cancel the invoice that the customs services sent to me. Books are free of import duties. Next time, please mark the packet as BOOK.
