I received Amazing Clubs as a gift and received my first shipment. Unfortunately there was a problem and I called as directed. Ben handled the offered an acceptable solution and was extremely friendly through the whole process. I look forward to my next shipment.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Amazing Clubs. I purchased the PB&J Club subscription for my adult son expecting something truly gourmet and worth the premium price. Instead, every three months he receives a tiny jar of peanut butter and a tiny jar of jelly. That’s only four shipments a year, and the total cost was $127.80. The products were nothing special and honestly not much different from what I could buy at a regular grocery store for far less money. The jars are very small, the flavors are not unique or memorable, and nothing about the subscription feels premium or thoughtfully curated. For the amount charged, I expected a much more impressive presentation, larger portions, or specialty products that actually feel gourmet. This was supposed to be a fun and meaningful gift, but instead it ended up feeling overpriced and underwhelming. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I genuinely do not feel this subscription delivered anywhere near the value promised. I would not purchase from them again or recommend this club to others.

I ordered the monthly salsa delivery for my wife for Christmas. When the April shipment arrived, one of the jars was damaged. I emailed the club and in less than a business day, Kendra responded and let me know a replacement would be included my next order. Wonderful company with great customer service.

We have been ordering from Amazing Clubs for years and they just keep getting better! I made a mistake in an address and wasn't able to resolve it on my own, so I called Amazing Clubs and Amber was great. She resolved my issue quickly and professionally. So in addition to having a great product, they also have great customer service!!

I received a salsa of the month club shipment today and sadly one of the salsas was smashed and all over the box. Terrible experience. First delivery came broken. Eventually sent a replacement after a month but not the same items which we wanted. Second delivery was shipped and returned to them bc of an address change which customer service told me was too late according to their “policy”. Apparently you need to give 45 days notice. Wouldn’t re-ship. Apparently too complicated. Spoke to a supervisor who offered no resolution other than to blame DHL and me. Even though he said they “value their customers”. What a laugh. Told original rep not to bother shipping the remaining overpriced jelly orders since they are likely to screw it up again. Terrible experience, terrible “customer service.” If you look at their recent bad reviews, they don’t even respond. When they used to respond, they never admit any responsibility - always customer who is wrong. You can leave a review on their site but it never appears - which leads me to believe that many or all are fake.
