Jayde was extremely helpful in resolving my questions about my automatic bill pay and the email I received. She took the time to look into my account, clearly explained what was going on, and let me know exactly when my next bill is due. That gave me peace of mind knowing I wasn’t missing a payment. She also explained that since my bill was already paid last month, the email I received was just an automatic notice showing there was no bill due this month, and that billing will resume as normal next month. I really appreciate her patience, clarity, and willingness to make sure I fully understood everything. Great customer service!
