Good cameras for a reasonable price. They have good build quality and good image quality. I had some shipping delay, but support was good. The reason for me to order from ANNKE instead of Amazon is the 2 year warranty instead of 1 year.

I’m not a first-time customer. Back in 2014, I purchased a camera and NVR from this company, and now, years later, the quality of both their products and service remains just as excellent. Nothing has changed except for my continued satisfaction. I’m truly happy with the product and the outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

Kyle in customer service was great! He explained the process in recovering my password on my DVR system very well. The process was easy to follow and worked the first time around. With his help I was able to access my system again and work on the camera settings. Thank you for the help!

The time zone difference seemed like it would be an issue, but the Tech (Todd) was great. Clear instructions and the patience to work through the delays in the responses due to the time zones. Was able to get the previously owned device reset and onto my account!

As I worked through a camera failure issue with Annke support, they were concise with instructions for trouble shooting. Once trouble shooting was complete they quickly turned the issue over to customer support and the camera was replaced. It did take several days to work through things due to locations and time differences but I never felt like they were ignoring me. Representatives were all very polite.

After trying to change the password on my system, I had to contact customer support and the process took just a few minutes to complete. Tech was/is very knowledgeable and her patience was outstanding. Need more like her.

I bought a 16 channel 8MP POE CCTV…
I bought a 16 channel 8MP POE CCTV system and had to take to the CCTV shop to install the hard drive and set up for me. We had issues with setting the software up (password didn't work)
Laura and the team where very patient & at my request then dealt directly with the CCTV shop to save time. I can't praise their service highly enough. We got there.
Yes, there is a big time difference, but the emails and links were very helpful and as promised we got calls UK time and the last call was directly to my CCTV shop (Mike) and we finally sorted it out.
Mike is a perfectionist and said when it was all up and running, it is by far the best system he has had in his shop to date. I have to agree, it is as good as the write up states. Blows my old system in to orbit.
I chose this particular system because it has buttons on the NVR meaning I don't have to mess with a phone or mouse. Good feature.
I would suggest to ANNKE they manufacture a NVR that has buttons for all cameras (my old system has this). It really helps to speedily select a camera when needed.
I've given 5 stars because of the exceptional customer service rarely seen these days and particularly Laura and the chap who was on the phone. This means I am a customer for life knowing the back up is always there.
I know sometimes things go wrong and I've seen other reviews, but this company has shown they genuinely care about the customer even after sales. That's the biggest issue for me and they deserve the 5 star review.
Now I have to find someone to mount the cameras, lol ..

I purchased an ANNKE NVR recorder around 3 years ago, and it has performed exceedingly well for my needs ever since.
Recently, I added another camera, but it was not recording motion events correctly. I contacted the support team, and they were absolutely exceptional throughout the process — exceedingly helpful, very patient, and incredibly thorough in guiding me through the setup and troubleshooting.
