Wanted to Upgrade Cameras
Wanted to know if night vision cameras were compatible with my current system. I ended up using the live chat, but was apprehensive. Had issues using the chat due to technical reasons, but the technical support guided me through those issues and was able to help me. Professional patient and very helpful. Would be happy to use this service again.

Password reset on our CCTV…
We needed a password reset on our CCTV System. We contacted CustomerServices who promptly replied. As directed we downloaded the SADPTool but could not get it to work. As a last resort we phoned there helpline who could not have been more helpful. They talked us through the process to resolve a SADPTool issue (ie moved the ethernet cable from Lan4 to 1) and reseting our password, staying with us until we had completed the process, about 40 minutes. Could not have been more helpful. 10 out of 10
