I needed to reinstall my version af Any Video Converter that I have had for years. I forgot to write down my registration code and didn't have it when I reinstalled the software. This was on Saturday, May 3. 2025. Yes. On a Saturday. I reached out to Anvsoft's help desk and with in minutes, I got a response from Paris who guided me through the steps to get registered. I had an older version of the software and through numerous fast response emails, I was back up and running. Paris was amazing and so helpful. I did not think I would hear back that fast, especially on a Saturday. Anvsoft's customer service exceeded my expectations. By the way. If you have not tried this software, try it. It's amazing. I had some minor issues with moving from the old version to the new one, but I got some seriously awesome customer service and assistance from Paris, whom I feel is a genuine asset to the company. The product itself is without a doubt a fantastic program. It does everything it claims to a high quality. The UI feels a bit crowded, and perhaps not as straightforward as the previous version, but it's early days for me yet and I have no doubt the user interface will become second nature, just like the previous version. Overall, a great product supported by amazing staff
