I have been using this product for years. The only one I use to get audio off of YouTube. Never an issue. No virus concerns. Highly recommended.
It seems to work well. It does support conversion from xvid avi to HEVC mp4. I queued up 25 tasks and it sequentially finished them about 20x speed. It gave me the original resolution which is also good. The file size option to large worked ok, retrying now with min file size. Large=~250mb, small=~70mb. Wonderfox converts 2 files at a time but I did not see this option using AVC.
Currently, multi-threaded and concurrent processing are only available for video downloading, not for video conversion. We will add this support in the future.
Interface for converting MPG4 to MPG2 in free version was fine.
It isn't just their sales that are good. It is their after-sales service. I had a problem with my software package. I emailed them and within a matter of hours they had sent me solution. I followed their instructions and am now using their software quite happily.

I have been using Any Video Converter actively for two months, and I am very satisfied with the program. My needs are fairly modest - mostly downloading videos and podcasts as mp3 files - and the program works very well... better than others I've tried (e.g., iTube Studio). YouTube videos download flawlessly, as do virtually all others. Only one or twice have I encountered an online video file that the program could not handle. The Format Convert routines also seem to work very well. I had some .MTS videos from a camcorder that had long been a problem for me, but the program quickly converted them to mp4 videos with the original resolution. Very nice! Anvsoft's customer service is very responsive to inquiries and/or problems. I appreciate that as I has some difficulty registering the program after purchase. I found the registration process less intuitive than I would have liked, but that's more my problem than Anvsoft's.
Impressed by the service. I had videos that would not download and requested advice from Anvsoft support. By next day they had deployed a hotfix to address the issue. Great service.

Since “any video converter” has so many uses and features, it’s was an easy decision to purchase this product. There are many other workarounds and individual tools to use but having a multiple of polished tools in one package makes this very effective. I’ve been using AVC for over six years and plan to keep using it. I’ve had about 4 issues during that time and customer service always got back in touch with me within 24 to 48 hours to resolve any problems. This software continues to be updated and it grows and adapts with newer technology and added features. I strongly recommend this in your toolbox.

I have been using Any Video Converter (Ultimate) for at least 10 yrs now. I haven't needed to contact support too often, maybe a half dozen times during this time, and they have always been super responsive with a good solution. Most recently I contacted them as I wasn't able to get some YT videos to load so I can convert to MP3. I was informed that the Ultimate AVC v7 is no longer supported and to upgrade to V9. Eco gave me the link. He said if that works, let them know and they will upgrade me for free. I sent my original registration information and Eco responded same day with the new upgrade. This new V9 looks much different and I'm excited to learn how to use this new AVC. Thank you all for your great support!
