AVC is one of the best converter programs I use on my videos. Their support is fast and exemplary and you get a useful answer you can use when the program apparently doesn't do what you want it to and you need their support, therefore 5 stars.
The support listens to you if you have requests for some function you apparently can't find in the program. Here the support is of great help.
As I said at first glance, the program can seem a bit overwhelming as it is divided into many sub-programs, but you will quickly find the division really practical.
So all in all, I can only say, try the program and its tools and I don't think you will be disappointed.
Not only is their software reliable and easy to use, but it is also very good at figuring out how to deal with complicated downloading situations. And it's priced rather reasonably, as well, and offer academic discounts for students and educators, which is how it should be. After all, teachers are influential with students and educational organizations, and if they like a particular product, they sure will tell others about it.
I have used Any Video converter for a few years, and found it to be excellent.
I recently contacted them for information about a setting. They wrote back promptly and answered my question.
The service was as good as the app itself.

I use AVC Pro to edit all my videos and it has never failed to impress me. The wide range of applications meet all my needs, especially the audio splitter, which I regularly use. Recently, my laptop "died" on me and although I had backed-up all my files, I had lost my AVC package. I contacted support explaining my problem and they quickly resolved the matter by emailing with me all the information I needed to retrieve the software. I highly recommend AVC for both the excellent programme and their first-class customer support.
I have been very impressed with this product and the customer service/technical support. They have been very quickly responsive and supportive. Recommend working with this company and their products.
I have been trying to find a good youtube downloader. I used byclick for some time. It worked ok but I had problems with any video yard required you to sign in. Now it doesn't work at all. Their tech support is atrocious. I am using 4k downloader but having problems they'retech support so far I have gotten multiple different techs. They all ask the same thing. Tried AVC first try worked flawlessly. Trish version is slow of course. However, it says the paid version works much faster. Based on what I'm seeing so far and i have no reason to doubt it. Going to try to get a refund from 4k downloader to use on AVC. However, if I don't I sincerely doubt that will make a difference.
The program is so easy to navigate and has been extremely useful to me over the years. The responses through support have always been quick and super helpful.
As a person who is deaf, I require this program to make my life better to be able to hear tv and movies with the ability to add srt files. The user use of this program has enabled my life to be more fulfilling through its continued use. An very thankful there is a company that can do this for the hard of hearing and those who are completely deaf.
Excellent product and service! I have been using this programme for years across PC and Mac; and the deployment, is always seamless and intuitive. The customer service is particularly great with fast and detailed responses.
Cannot recommend enough :-)
I've been using the Pro version since 2009 and the software works really well.
When I bought the license it was a perpetual, lifetime license and it's still working today and on the rare occassion I need support, they are always responsive and helpful.

The best product on the market for working with videos. I have been using it for years! Such a great tool. I have used it to move my original video tapes into mp4s as well as working with utube clips as a teacher. If you need something to convert or manage your video clips this is the best!
Great customer service! Had an outdated version that wasn't updating/working. Contacted the company asked what I needed to do to rectify the issue. Got a quick reply/fix.
Effortless and quick
Outstanding Support from AVC
I purchased a lifetime license from AVC Software nearly ten years ago, and I’m genuinely impressed by how they’ve stood by their product and their customers. Recently, I needed help retrieving my old credentials, and not only did their support team respond promptly and professionally, but they went above and beyond by extending my license to cover the latest version of their software—even though it now operates under a different payment model.
This kind of customer care is rare. Most companies would’ve shrugged off a decade-old license, but AVC honored it and made sure I could continue using their updated tools without hassle. Their software has always been reliable, but their commitment to long-term users is what truly sets them apart.
Highly recommended—for both the product and the people behind it.
Not worth the download also, choose better online options
Too much time to even download and install.
Then the usecase of video conversion doesn't work for webm videos. It fails to even detect it.
The tried to download a video, it didnt detect it. Then it did detect one simple video but hid it behind an upgrade window of pro and ultimate plans.
Overall pathetic experience, would rather use other free softwares
cloudconvert, or online video downloaders.
