Any Video Converter Ultimate does an excellent job in converting videos
I started off using the free version of Any Video Converter to make smaller file sized copies of videos to save on disk space without giving up image quality. I found it very useful so I bought the "Ultimate" upgrade which I have been using for years, I have purchased two other video conversion packages and I think Any Video Converter Ultimate does the best job in converting videos and also hard coding subtitles onto videos so I can transfer them to a tablet to watch when I'm on the gym treadmill!
This (Pro version) is a powerful package of video and audio editing apps that are really easy to understand and use. Designed with built-in features to create a workflow that fits your uses. An excellent value.
I suffered a computer crash and was having problems reinstalling Any Video Converter and contacted customer service. Eco, the agent, contacted me within a day and assisted me with the successful reinstallation of the software.
I have been using AVC for many years and am more than satisfied with this software and the customer service.
I love the seamless and simple downloading process and you don't get a lot of ads like the other sites that claim to be a video converter or downloader and it's a great quality of video and sound.
Any Video Converter Support Team was absolutely great. Sophie not only answered my questions but also took time to analyse the video I had problem with. She explained limitations of the Free AVC version and recommended a solution.

I have been using AVC to download and convert my video/audio for several years and have been very happy with the software. Recently I encountered some problems with an older version, so I sent an email the support team, seeking for help. The response from the support team was very quick, timely, thorough, and completely solved the problem. Excellent job!
What a remarkable tool has been developed. This simple to use software has a wonderful array of uses for personal business students or your everyday technology dude.
Thanks for your constant updates and new applications. We'll done
I have been with Any Video Converter since 2021, over 5 years. I have had nothing but positive experiences with their product and with Customer Service. Run, do not walk, to get started with Any Video Converter ...I'm Not Kidding!
I use Any Video Converter to download videos and convert them to audio and other video formats. The programs are quick and simple. I've used many other download and conversion programs, and this seems to be the most efficient and easy to use. I'm really happy with AVC!
I have used Any Video Converter Pro
for a very long time, it has always worked with what ever I wanted it to do, ext. to ext. one format to another, and there were many. Even at times when I had a MP3/MP4 that had something that was just not sounding or looking right, I transferred it from mp3 back to mp3 or what ever other file format I was having trouble with, found that it sounded or looked better, not bad, So I thought I would give there latest version at try. The new version looks completely reconfigured, seems you can do much more then the old version, and there support was first class, I email with a quick question and within a very short time I had a answer, I also might add it was over the holiday weekend, so I had not expected an answer for a while. however I did get an answer and fairly quick, one I had not expected. Now with a great piece of software and great support, It can't be beat. Thank you...
I have used this converter for several years years
I have used this converter for years, it is reliable and trustworthy. It provides numerous conversion formats. I have only used customer service once. They were very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. They understood my problem and fixed it immediately. I would recommend this product.

There was a minor bug in the software that I reported and their tech support acted responsively in a timely manner and corrected the bug. It now works smoothly.
Been using this for some time. It does what it says it will. Bought a Lifetime lic some time ago.
Had a problem updating but the company worked to make sure I was able to get the update.
I do think this is a great product that you will get good use out of.
I only scratch the surface of the feature set, but always slick and powerful.
Support has been excellent, with AVC resolving (only minor issues) promptly.
Highly recommended.
A Decade Later, AnyVideoConverter Remains My Go-To Tool
I’ve had an excellent experience with AnyVideoConverter, having first started using their products back in 2011, and I’ve been consistently impressed by how well the software has evolved. The interface remains clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate whether you’re handling simple conversions or working on more advanced editing tasks. It offers a remarkably broad set of tools without feeling cluttered, and it manages to convert videos quickly while still preserving high quality. I also appreciate how seamlessly it handles different file formats and the convenience of being able to download videos from a variety of platforms.
Just as noteworthy is the company’s customer support. Every time I’ve reached out with a question, the team has been prompt, knowledgeable, and patient. It’s reassuring to know that after all these years, if something unexpected comes up, someone is right there to walk me through it. The online help pages are also extremely well done—clear explanations, helpful images, and step-by-step guidance that make solving issues on my own surprisingly easy.
Overall, AnyVideoConverter delivers both excellent software and outstanding customer service. After more than a decade of use, it remains a reliable, efficient, and user-friendly tool, and I continue to feel fully supported whenever I need assistance. Highly recommended.
The software works fantastic! Very user friendly, and easy to figure out. I also had to contact them a couple of times, and their response was quick and courteous!
