Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.AVC is the only downloader/converter/screen recorder program that has been reliable for years. I changed out my computer and needed assistance with getting the new version on my computer. I was using outdated software that is no longer in use by the company and they got me set up and upgraded at no additional cost. They were timely and extremely helpful and the software works better than ever. Highly recommend!
I have used different versions of AVC over several years and the customer service that they offer is exemplary. Because of my age and forgetfulness I did not realize that I was still stuck on version 7 of the AVC Ultimate and when I had to re-install it after my Windows 11 crashed, the old key no longer worked. I was in a bit of a panic, because I could not afford the new version (9) but the crew at AVC (Eco) was very kind in upgrading me to the latest version free-of-charge. At 72 such actions of kindness speak volumes for the quality of service. Thank you AVC!
I've been using AVC Ultimate for so long I can't remember when I bought it. Great software for converting videos (my main purpose). I had trouble registering the new version because my old registration key didn't work. I wrote to support on Sunday night and got a reply on Monday morning with a new working key! If only all companies worked like this!
In December 2019, yes, that's six plus years ago, I purchased AVC Ultimate and have used it since. What a remarkable software product. I have used it to convert old historical images and video, and I have even converted the video I shot in Antarctica in 2013 to a user-friendly format for today's systems. Besides the software being first-rate, there is another layer that needs to be addressed. That is the Tech Support system in place at AVC. I most recently contacted AVC Support as my current version would not update. In less than 48 hours, Support was back in touch with an updated Registration, getting me back online. Brilliant! One could not ask for better or quicker assistance. My hat goes off to the Support Team, thank you.
I used the free version of Any Video Converter for a couple of months until I can no longer download videos from Youtube. I switched to the paid version and I was extremely satisfied. The technical support is very fast unlike other software companies offering the same service where you have to buy a technical support to get a fast service.
Excellent for downloading YouTube videos so they can be watched offline. Free plans allow you to download at the best quality but you don't get a choice of what the default format will be unless you upgrade - perfectly fair. I thought this app had removed the .mkv option for free users but apparently the format depends on the specific video so you will end up with either .mkv or .webm on free plans. You can always use their built-in Format Convert tool to convert one format to another for free. I wasn't able to find much instruction about how to use this app but the creators responded quickly to my issue.
Thanks for taking the time to try the download features, and we are sorry for the unhappy experience. AVC allows free users to download videos without quantity and quality limits. 1. The option to choose the output format is the premium feature, while the free version will download as .webm or .mkv format, and you can use the built-in Format Convert tool to convert them to MP4 or other formats for free. 2. Don't worry. AVC won't limit download quality, so free users can download videos at the best available quality (8K, 4K, or 1080p). 3. If you have questions or want to upgrade to the premium version, please contact us via [email protected]
Any Video Converter makes a reliable software that has consistently helped me with my video / audio projects over the last eight years. On two occasions I've had the need of customer service, and on both questions they've been friendly and swift with solutions. This has to be one of the best software investments I've ever made--I rely on this converter and AVC. Thank you!
i have been using softwares to download online videos for years. AVC is one of them. many times that other softwares don't work, AVC works very well. thank you AVC. from Canada. 2026-02-20
I don't know if there is enough space here to say everything that is so great about this company. But beyond the actual product, the Customer Service has been as good as it gets since day one in my experience with them. Not only did they solve the problem but it was WITH ME, so I learned more about the products capability. They NEVER got discouraged with me as a customer even when I was a free user! They have never let me down and the issue HAS ALWAYS been solved within a day or two. And just between you and me, most of the time the issue was of my ignorance. For that I apologize, but they never made me feel like a dummy. I could go on about the customer service for this company, but they should just make a manual of what they do, and it should be mandatory training for every single company on Earth. The product itself is a Godsend to me because I work AND think in imagery, and without AVC I would still be copying images and dialog by hand. I can construct a better product and learn from my previous work by being able to reference and footnote with credit, the materials I used to create a new prodcut of my own. And it only because I have been using AVC for what? Is it 10 years yet? I don't remember life without it. Thomas De Pascale
The helpfull "Eco" tried his best to unravel a glitch I had in d/loading files. After several attempts it now works. I want to thank him/her for their understanding and assistance. I don;t know where they are but the only down side was waiting min 24hrs for replies.
Easy to use software and fantastic support (the issue was my fault but sorted out quickly).
I have used this product for many years. It has been fabulous in assisting me to find and capture literally many scores of original recordings of 1950’s and 60s songs which otherwise I would not have been able to get. It is easy to use and quick, giving great results. What has prompted this is I have now moved from PC to iMac and I’m hoping to continue the use of it.
AVC is by far the best video converter on the market at this time and the Support Team are as good as their product.
I find the software very useful, and the free version has extensive features. Their free customer support is very responsive, which was a pleasant surprise. They fixed one annoying bug in the software I reported in a timely manner, and responded to another issue in with a satisfactory explanation. Occasionally, upgrades are needed to keep the software running smoothly, due to external factors.
Any Video Converter Ultimate is an all-in-one video software suite for Windows and in some editions macOS that combines video conversion, DVD ripping/burning, screen recording, downloading, and editing tools into a single application. It’s designed for users who want a versatile tool to handle a wide variety of video and audio tasks without needing multiple separate programs. Overall, Any Video Converter Ultimate is a feature-rich video toolkit that goes beyond simple format conversion featuring ripping, burning, recording, editing, and AI enhancements in one place. It’s a solid option for users who want a single program to handle most video and audio processing needs without juggling several separate apps.
