I had a problem with the registration code of my old Any Video Converter. I contacted them to check, if it is still valid. The response was fast and prompt. They suggested me to try the latest version to see if it works for me. I tried and was satisfied with it. They even went so far as to offer me a free registration for it, for which I am most grateful. Besides, the program is very good. I am using it rarely, but my father frequently to get the music for his homemade Filmora wondershare movies.
I have used it for more than 10 years, I guess, and never let me down, even when it is slower than anticipated or if I abuse it with tens of simultaneous files. Wonderful tool, have yet to try new version 9, but was extremely happy with version 7
Suddenly it did not register previous version an I was offered one year to the new one...good on ya
I have used the product, and like it very much. But more important, GREAT customer service. Responsive, fast, and given in layman's terms. Thank you Eco for your help!
I have been a user with AVC for many years (lifetime license;;; Had a current issue and their response was friendly and was easily resolved everything in short order. Highly recommended! looking forward to next update.
Any Video Converter tech support is one of the best I have work with. They get back to you immediately and have always resolved my issues. I cannot be more satisfied with my purchase of their fine product backed up by excellent support! Dr. Keller
Even in its free version Any Video Converter has provided me with a dependable and efficient tool for downloading videos from the net; it has repeatedly succeeded where other similar tools failed.
Moreover, when I had an issue that prevented me from installing it the company's tech support responded to my email well within twelve hours and provided me with a simple solution that solved the problem.
To surmise, AVC is my go-to downloader and my experience with the company was positive.
Two thumbs way up!
I love this software ! It does everything I need, when I need it. On the rare occasion when I have a problem ? I get responses in just hours ! They are very helpful-always ! Good group !
I have used AVC for several years and found it to be totally reliable, doing what it claimed it could do.
And, on the few occasions when something went awry, the back-upand support were immediate, clear, helpful and successful.
One particular plus about AVC is that it seems to me to keep its staff - The same few names keep coming up and it adds some comfort to me as I am a tech dinosaur and rely upon these people to see the problem from my point of view, rather than fom the viewpoint os some 20-year-old tecchie who simply is not interest in customers of my vintage.
A company with a good support team is a plus to its success.
Any Video Converter is one of my favorite videos softwire that I have been using it for over 10 years. The reason that strikes me to write this review was a recent incident. I ran into a technical problem with AVC and tried my luck to ask for help. It normally would take 3-5 days for most software companies, but I got a response within 24 hours. Then after the back-and-forth emails, the problem was resolved. I learned that the person's name on the other side is Eco. Thank you Eco, you made my day! The review was to be written about 2 weeks ago, but my computer was broken down.

I have used their prouct - Any Video Converter - for many years and got a lot in their free version. You can edit and convert video files and also audio files and there are so many ways to tweak the final result that you can always get a very good result. However what impressed me most is that every time I have asked for help via email I have received an answer within the next day. The support team really go out of their way to provide a solution and have helped me a lot. If you are looking for the latest in Video and Audio editing then I would recomend - Any Video Converter - the latest version has all the bells and whistles that you could wish for. Try the free version and then buy one of their packages. You will get a lot for your money, Both in the product but also a very positive customer service.
It’s been a while that you find an app that does what it says it does and the tech dept is outstanding helpful and helped me with my question I emailed to them in under 10 minutes. Been a while since I’ve had that type of service and respect online.
Thank you again and very helpful app.
Great.
i've been using AVC for a year now, and i've had a fine time converting vids from avi to mp4. recently my hard drive crashed and AVC customer support was able to help me reinstall the software and provide me my license code. it was quick and easy
Outstanding professional service. I have had this program for many years and have never had a problem. I recently had an issue with my bank card. This was corrected in a matter of minute. Thank you for your timely response!!!!
There’s so many different formats to choose from with this product. It’s also the only one I know that lets me convert it into just the right format to be able to watch stuff on tv. Their customer service is also pretty great. I bought this back in 2018 and they let me have it again for free once I told them that I got a new computer since then. I also love how it’s even compatible for DVDs & Blu-rays.
I have been using Any Video Converter for about 2 years now, and I'm very impressed. It just works, and works well. For me, it really shines as a downloader for online videos. If I want to use an online streaming video in a setting when I can't be online or need to insert it into a presentation, AVC will pull it down for me and convert it to whatever format I need. It's UI is intuitive and simple, and just effective. No messing around. It was worth the cost of purchase.
