I have used it for more than 10 years, I guess, and never let me down, even when it is slower than anticipated or if I abuse it with tens of simultaneous files. Wonderful tool, have yet to try new version 9, but was extremely happy with version 7 Suddenly it did not register previous version an I was offered one year to the new one...good on ya
