My gratitude and thanks to AVC - enormous help in my work product
I don't know if there is enough space here to say everything that is so great about this company. But beyond the actual product, the Customer Service has been as good as it gets since day one in my experience with them. Not only did they solve the problem but it was WITH ME, so I learned more about the products capability. They NEVER got discouraged with me as a customer even when I was a free user! They have never let me down and the issue HAS ALWAYS been solved within a day or two. And just between you and me, most of the time the issue was of my ignorance. For that I apologize, but they never made me feel like a dummy. I could go on about the customer service for this company, but they should just make a manual of what they do, and it should be mandatory training for every single company on Earth. The product itself is a Godsend to me because I work AND think in imagery, and without AVC I would still be copying images and dialog by hand. I can construct a better product and learn from my previous work by being able to reference and footnote with credit, the materials I used to create a new prodcut of my own. And it only because I have been using AVC for what? Is it 10 years yet? I don't remember life without it. Thomas De Pascale
