AVC were excellent
AVC were excellent. After paying for lifetime licence for AVC Pro some time ago, I started having problems with certain sites. I sent them an email and they could not be more helpful. Same day replies to most emails and they guided me all the way until problem was solved. This is a great Video converter with great customer service.

I lost my laptop to a blue screen of death. When I got a new one the version of Any Video Converter I downloaded was very different to the one I previously had and I could not get it to work. One message to their support team later and Eco had got me up and running. Now it does everything the old version did and I am very happy.
Great people to work with
Great people to work with. Had a small issue with an old license on my prior computer. I changed computers and used the old license number on the new computer which didn't work. I had to send a ticket to the support team. However, the team got back to me immediately with a new license number and got me back up and running! Great job. I gave a 4 star and not a 5 star because I did have to reach out as the old license was not supported on my new machine. I think the team may want to support older licenses.
