I purchased a LIFETIME licence years ago, laptop died...and I was susceptible that they would even respond to my email for support! Thankfully, they stood up to their warranty and recognized my licence, and actually UPDATED my software for free. That is COOL BEANS! Very Happy with this Company.
This company makes EVERYthing from car parts to clothing. I purchased the Ambershine Heating pad, a product this company makes and it STOPPED working within the year warranty period and the company expects me to pay the expensive return shipping to return the item! All over the internet they claim a year warranty BUT the truth is after 30 days the company expects YOU to pay return shipping and they do NOT state that anywhere online, which I consider fraudulent! I once gave them a very positive review on the popular website where they mostly sell Ambershine products, I replaced that positive review with a very negative review as I am a VERY unhappy customer.
The software will not work on my computer. They offer a 30 day refund yet they refuse to refund me! Do NOT buy this software.
