Best customer service for a great product
I suffered a computer crash and was having problems reinstalling Any Video Converter and contacted customer service. Eco, the agent, contacted me within a day and assisted me with the successful reinstallation of the software. I have been using AVC for many years and am more than satisfied with this software and the customer service.
