Been Using Any Video Converter for 10+ Yrs.
I have been using Any Video Converter (Ultimate) for at least 10 yrs now. I haven't needed to contact support too often, maybe a half dozen times during this time, and they have always been super responsive with a good solution. Most recently I contacted them as I wasn't able to get some YT videos to load so I can convert to MP3. I was informed that the Ultimate AVC v7 is no longer supported and to upgrade to V9. Eco gave me the link. He said if that works, let them know and they will upgrade me for free. I sent my original registration information and Eco responded same day with the new upgrade. This new V9 looks much different and I'm excited to learn how to use this new AVC. Thank you all for your great support!
