There quick and amazing
Class A reburbished ES80 like new!
I ordered a reburbished ES80 scooter from Aovopro. Other than some damage to the styrofoam packing, I could not tell that the machine had even been used. I weigh nearly 200 lbs and the scooter quickly reached the max speed of 19mph. After a minor tightening of the disk brake cable and the easy connection to the Tuya Smart app, my son uses the ES80 to commute to his job, less than 1 mile away. He said it makes going to and from work actually fun. Very happy with the purchase. In the spirit of full disclosure, Aovopro did refund to me a small portion of the purchase price, in response to my review, as they stated they would do in their unsolicited email to me. I stand by my review, though.

Bad quality
Scooter disintegrated after 6 months. Battery lasted 9 months. Break keeps giving error have to tighten it every 2 weeks. Battery started dying after 6 months died after 9. Mudgaurd which is advertised as metal is actually plastic, broke off completely after a few months. The neck lock unlocks when the scooter rattles since the wheel is antipuncture I almost had a serious accident because of it, i tied it with zip tie. Bad quality. Faulty item. Sad and unfortunate. I am waiting for refund.
Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting, the frame of this scooter completely snapped on my son after only 3 months, throwing him over the handle bars into the road, causing him bruising, cuts, shaken up and lose of earnings, I had correspondence with the company, since it happened in October 2023 sent relevant information and photos, who agreed eventually to refund him on return of the scooter. We returned the scooterin November 2023, had proof it had been returned but since that point this company have completely ignored us and have not refunded my sons money. I have got all the emails to proof they agreed to refund.
